Cancellation & Refund Policy
Next Station Istanbul rules for booking cancellation, changes and refunds.

General Principle
Our refund logic is simple: we do not collect online payments, so a refund is rarely needed in the first place. If you let us know early, cancellations are free.
Cancellation Schedule
| Time to Transfer | Cancellation Fee | Note |

| 24 - 1 hour | 50% | Driver has been assigned |
| Less than 1 hour | 100% | Driver is on the way |
| No-show | 100% | After 60 minutes of waiting |
Exceptions — Full Refund
A full refund applies even within 24 hours in the following cases:
- Your flight is cancelled by the airline
- Your flight is delayed by more than 6 hours
- The airport is closed due to extreme weather
- An operational issue on our side (no-show by driver, etc.)
In these cases an airline delay/cancellation document may be requested.
Rescheduling
Changes to date, time or vehicle type:
- More than 24 hours in advance: free
- Less than 24 hours but moved to another time on the same day: free
- Moved to a different day: a 25% difference may apply
How to Cancel
A one-line message on WhatsApp is enough:
"Booking #1234 — cancel"
You can find your booking number in the confirmation message. WhatsApp is preferred over phone or email because the cancellation is automatically time-stamped.
Refund Method
- Since no online payment is taken, a refund is usually not applicable (you have not paid anything)
- If a deposit or prepayment was made: refunded via the same channel within 5 business days
- If you prefer a bank transfer you will need to share an IBAN
No-Show Policy
- The driver waits free of charge for 60 minutes at the meeting point
- If we receive no message within that period, the booking is marked as no-show and 100% is charged
- If your flight is delayed, just let us know — the waiting time is extended automatically at no extra cost
